Will my Dim Sum Warriors Club membership be renewed automatically?
Yes, you will be charged automatically after the last date of your membership. But you can cancel anytime before that.
How do I cancel my Dim Sum Warriors Club membership?
You can email or contact us here and request cancellation in the Message box. Please provide us the Username of the account.
Why is my Dim Sum Warriors Club membership cancelled when I did not plan to?
We were unable to process the payment automatically using the last payment method.

If I have multiple PC/mobile phones/tablets, will I need Dim Sum Warriors Club membership for each one?
No, you can use one Dim Sum Warriors Club membership on up to 3 devices.
How do I purchase Dim Sum Warriors Club membership as a gift?
Please purchase the Dim Sum Warriors Club membership with the account information of the gift recipient.
The recipient’s account information needed are:

After the purchase is completed successfully, the recipient can log into the account with the user details.

Can I buy more than one Club subscription?
Yes, you can buy more than one Club membership subscription. However, each Club membership account should have a different user name and email address.
How can I change my password?

How do I change my login or email address?

To safeguard your account, you will not be able to change your Username.
How do I unsubscribe from email updates?
Any email you receive from Dim Sum Warriors contains a link for you to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. You can opt-out anytime.

How do I deactivate or delete my account?

If you deactivate or delete your account, your Dim Sum Warriors Club membership will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to access Dim Sum Warriors Club membership content and other privileges such as the full resources of our App.

How do I reactivate my account?
You will have to purchase a new Dim Sum Warriors Club club membership at our shop here.
Can I give my account to someone else?
We are unable to transfer ownership of your Dim Sum Warriors Club membership to another person. You may cancel your club membership and purchase a new one under the person’s name and email address. The payment method of this new purchase will be used for auto-renewal of the new club membership.
How old must my child be to become a Dim Sum Warriors Club member?
The Dim Sum Warriors Club is designed for kids aged 5-11.
Why I am unable to successfully pay for orders?
Please check with your card issuer or bank. Also, please check whether your internet connection is stable.

How can I get a refund on my Dim Sum Warriors Club membership?
We’re afraid that we do not offer refunds for paid memberships. No prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used club membership subscriptions.

How do I apply a discount or coupon?
Simply type in the coupon code at checkout.
If you are purchasing through a sponsorship link, the discount will be automatically applied to your purchase.
Can I change the currency I’m being charged in?
No. Currently pricing and currency information are based on your geographical location.
If you are not seeing that, it could be that a VPN or browser plugin is changing your apparent location. Disabling it could resolve the issue. If not, please write to us here, and write the problem in the message.
How can I change my card details for my Dim Sum Warriors Club membership payment?

Why was I just charged?
It is possible that your Dim Sum Warriors Club membership is being renewed. If you need help or wish to cancel your Dim Sum Warriors Club membership, please write to us here, and we can assist you.
Why do I see a price increase on the payment page?
It could be there was discount offer before and it expired. Also, from time to time, we reassess our pricing and raise the prices due to currency exchange rates, or to enable us to deliver greater value to you.

How long does it take for my books to arrive?
For Singapore addresses, we will deliver your order to you within 7 working days. We will inform you of any unexpected delays.
For overseas addresses, delivery will depend on multiple factors that are beyond our control, and we hope you will understand.

When can I get the refund after I have received confirmation from you that it will be processed?
Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment within 14 business days, in the amount of the purchase price. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.

Learning System
What age is Dim Sum Warriors app and books for?
We designed our method and resources for kids aged 5-11.
Specifically, the app and books are for 2nd Language Learners Grades K-3 (e.g. Chinese learners in Singapore); English or Chinese as an International Language Learners Grades 2-5 (e.g. English learners in Vietnam) or CEFR Levels A1+ to B1. It is not suitable for complete beginners in the target language (though we are designing materials for them right now).

What do I do if I cannot hear audio or sound from the Dim Sum Warriors Comic Reader App on my device (phone/tablet)?
