At Yumcha Studios, we want you to love our products as we do. In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund.
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- Returned items must be unused
- Returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- If your purchase was eligible for gift-with-purchase promotion, please ensure that the gift is sent back together with the returned item
- Request for return should be submitted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If the reason for return is not the result of our error or a faulty item, or if we have not agreed to bear the return shipping costs, you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed for that return.
Paid membership subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used membership subscriptions.

- Please submit your request for return here, select Request, Order / Delivery with (1) your Order Number and (2) Reason for Return
- We will review your request and respond to you. If your request is successful, we will provide you details on how you can ship your item back to us.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will arrange for you to pick it up in our authorized collection point to be advised.
- We are not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake.
Getting your refund
Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment within 14 business days, in the amount of the purchase price. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed.
However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Singapore bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information. Please also note that we only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Singapore.
Customers outside of Singapore
If you are a customer outside of Singapore and where your item is eligible for return, you can request for an exchange for another item of the same price, or top-up for an item of a higher price. This may be done once per invoice, and is subjected to stock availability.
